Highbury Gardens was a new townhome development in the Whitby community. Located on Garden Street and the subtle reference to British architecture of the luxurious Highbury region, became the inspiration for the project name.
These luxurious townhomes exude quiet confidence. Life here isn’t flashy, but the designs inspire quality and the architecture makes you feel like you have arrived. There is a timeless characteristic to these homes, that will stand the test of time and never go out of style.
The brand identity needed to communicate this timeless elegance. We designed the logomark to feel like the petals of a rose opening. The sophisticated serif for the logo font was further customized to elevate the feeling of the brand. And the historic colour palette is soothing and timeless without feeling old or stuffy.
