Foresite Capital Partners exists to fill a void in the market of data driven buyer representation and investment group syndication. Providing opportunities for everyday people to enter into the net lease investment space through a trusted advisor and partner. They want to be known as the a long-term, trusted partner to those with which they do business. Not focused on transactions and chose relationships above all.
When brainstorming the visual representation of Foresite, we came across some interesting facts about dragonflies. When hunting dragonflies use neurons to predict the paths of their pray. Allowing them to consider a variety of outcomes and select the best one for the kill. We loved how this aligned so perfectly to the approach the FCP team uses when considering investment options for their clients and partners. And so the dragonfly icon was born. This also became the inspiration for our approach to imagery. Always taking the “dragonfly” view of the landscape.
We selected a colour palette that is earthy and energetic, with deep rich foundational tones and lighter accents to play off them. Our goal was to create a palette that was unique to this industry, helping us stand out in a sea of blues. We aim to be immediately recognizable in a crowd.
The typography and icons have been inspired by the art deco era, with their sharp edges and geometric shapes. Touches of “gold” in our print methods further lean into this design aesthetic.
