Overview
Foretell Capital Partners is a boutique investment and advisory firm based in Naples, Florida, specializing in the acquisition and brokerage of retail net lease assets (NNN) across the United States.
How can you make a brand feel sophisticated, elevated & exclusive—yet still warm and approachable? How can you stand out in the sea of blue and red that your competitors all use in their brand and web design?
Objective
Design a brand that feels luxurious and human. Inspired by Art Deco, the sharp edges and geometric shapes. Touches of copper in our print methods further lean into this aesthetic. There's a natural elegance that serif fonts inherently bring, but I wanted to avoid something too traditional or ornate.
A colour palette that is both earthy and energetic. Deep, rich foundational tones with lighter accents to play off them. My goal was to create a palette that was unique to this industry, so injecting the splash of purple was unexpected and added the warmth I was looking for.
The brand strategy was the most valuable part of the process for our business. It helped us craft our overall value proposition, which we now incorporate in all other areas of our business.

The website was a great opportunity to showcase the warmth and personality of the brand. The unexpected pops of eggplant purple, Imagery that told a story instead of pointless stock images of handshakes and business towers. Custom illustrations and infographics to bring the reader into what makes Foretell’s process and approach unique to this industry.
