Overview
The Starboard is a luxury real estate development located in the heart of Muskoka, within the charming town of Gravenhurst on the shore of Lake Muskoka. M81 worked with the project developers at Rosseau Development Corp. to design the brand identity for the new 7 storey mixed-use condominium project.
This development will bring quintessential cottage life to condominium living, with luxury amenities to be enjoyed year round.
Objective
The inspiration for The Starboard brand comes from the environment and community the development exists in. The Starboard is Muskoka-—in every way. Rich in history, a strong connection to family and friends, a natural beauty that offers something special in all four seasons.
The palette for the brand was created from the colours of the landscape surrounding the development. The deep blue water and the rich green foliage. Buildings on the property will also sport the same green and white colours you find on the iconic steamships next door.
